Client: The Signal
Brief: The Signal is an independent daily newspaper at Georgia State University. At the start of my time at The Signal, the newspaper lacked in cohesion and being reader-friendly. The Signal was still delivering news in an outdated fashion — heavy text, little social media engagement, and less of an eye for design in general. Through rebranding, the design team created entry points in which readers could easily digest the news. We used everything from sidebars, infographics, and engaging photos.
